1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through phone, email, or our authorized booking system.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service.
Payment methods accepted: UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other methods confirmed by Rana Travels.
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive all necessary details via email or message.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the journey may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in cancellation charges.
No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
3. Travel Policy
Passengers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes, or any unforeseen events.
We expect all customers to behave responsibly during the trip. Misbehavior may result in cancellation without a refund.
You are responsible for your belongings. Rana Travels will not be liable for any lost or damaged items.
4. Vehicle & Driver
We provide clean and well-maintained vehicles with experienced drivers.
Vehicle model may vary depending on availability.

5. Changes in Itinerary
Any changes to the trip plan must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
Additional charges may apply if you extend or modify the route or duration.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Rana Travels shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, accident, or damage during travel.
We act only as a booking agent and do not control the operations of third-party service providers like hotels or airlines.
7. Use of Website and Contact Information
By contacting us through phone or email, you give us permission to use your contact information to process your bookings or provide service updates.
We respect your privacy and do not share your personal data without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Patiala, Punjab.
